This workshop will help you see how data can close the loop, telling the story of your content’s impact and guiding future decisions. You'll learn how to read, interpret, and act on data to improve your content decisions.

We’ll cover:

• Key UX metrics and benchmarks

• How to spot and tackle bias in data

• BI events and why they matter

• Funnel analysis & A/B testing: how to plan, analyze, and interpret reports, with a focus on AB test results

• How to read Tableau reports and use them to answer UX questions, ensuring you can translate complex data into actionable insights

By the end, you’ll feel more confident using data in your work, making strategic content decisions, and collaborating effectively with data teams.
